'Zombie Land Saga Yumeginga Paradise' Impressions: An Idol's Way of Life and a Human's Way of Death

I just watched the feature film Zombie Land Saga Yumeginga Paradise, so here are my impressions. It delivered that trademark Zombie Land Saga surprise-factor and a tear-jerking story centered on Tae Yamada. I definitely shed a few tears. Plot Overview: The Core Structure Doesn’t Change (Spoiler-Free) The plot goes like this: the zombie idol group Franchouchou is about to hold a live show when aliens crash the party, so they take the aliens down and then perform anyway. It faithfully traces the already revealed setup and the arc viewers have come to expect. Just like in the TV series—Sakura’s amnesia in season one, the flood in season two—there is always something sabotaging the concert, and this time the aliens simply take that slot. "Chained Soldier" Volume 17 Review

While Commander-in-Chief Ren Yamashiro is impressive, Izumo Tenka truly takes the cake. ※ This article contains affiliate links. I’ve just finished reading “Chained Soldier Volume 17” which released today, so I’ll share my thoughts on it. Since this is my first time writing about this series on this blog, let me briefly explain it. This is an action & ecchi manga currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump+. The story unfolds in mysterious alternate dimensions called “Mato” that suddenly appeared throughout Japan. The “Peaches” that exist in these Mato bestow special abilities upon women, and an organization called the “Demon Prevention Squad” utilizes these abilities to protect people from monsters. The protagonist, Wakakura Yuki, a high school boy, accidentally wanders into Mato and meets Hanzen Kyoka, the commander of the Demon Prevention Squad’s 7th Unit, becoming her “slave” to fight alongside her…and so on. ...
